1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 07 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. Process for Returns
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@eqrah.com within the return period to request a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Return:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Inspection and Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will contact you for refund arrangements.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability.
- If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we can process a refund instead.
- Shipping fee will be on customer side.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos of the damage/defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be processed.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per our refund policy.
